High-quality products, a joined love of the profession, careful preparation and the right equipment were the basic ingredients for the new venue. The previously designed Witteveen restaurant has been completely upgraded to this new concept and breathes an urban feel mixed with a level of sophistication that is integrated in all elements. At the heart of julius bar&grill stands a custom designed mega-sized open fire charcoal grill to give the world’s best ingredients the typical barbecue taste. Two Big Green Eggs (a ceramic, closable barbecue) have been placed alongside the open fire charcoal grill. They can be used for grilling, baking, boiling, stewing, smoking and slow cooking.
