The main interior concept is to visually divide the apartment into two zones – living and utility – using different colors and finishing materials.
Light gray walls, ceilings and terrazzo tiles frame the kitchen, bathroom, hallway and wardrobe areas. To enhance the contrast, dark natural oak flooring was chosen, beginning in the living room and continuing into the bedroom.
The highlight of the living room is a custom-made, double-sided sofa. One seating area faces the TV, while the other faces open shelves, turning the space into a mini home library. To liven up the interior, a vibrant blue color was chosen. A rather unexpected but playful solution was to use this color for the inner frames of the furniture.
