Kabin

Dynia Architects as Architects

Kabin is the newest addition to Taxi, a former Yellow Cab depot that has been transformed by Zeppelin Development over 20-years into a vibrant community of like-minded individuals, with creative souls. Starting at $1,200 per month, Kabin’s 194-units address next-generation living through efficient, design-driven solutions. Each Nordic-inspired residence comes equipped with dramatic glass garage doors that open its living spaces to gardens, fresh air, and stunning views; taking advantage of Colorado’s 300-days of sunshine per year. Daylight illuminates through the minimalist, yet relaxed interiors. With soaring ceilings, open-plan living spaces, and daylit showers, these loft-like apartments pair polished concrete with the warm patina of cedar giving you the comfort of a cabin amongst an urban dwelling.

Designed by award-winning Dynia Architects--known for their detailed, multi-million dollar modern homes in Jackson Hole -- Kabin brings smart, high-level design solutions to a smaller footprint. Through an innovative partnership with Havenly-the virtual interior design start-up --residents can transform their apartment into a customized, inspiring retreat. Kabin has commissioned five-customized packages that its residents can choose from. Delightfully affordable, they offer everything from storage solutions, key furniture pieces, accents, and accessories that will fit in with the new apartment.

Kabin adds to the cultural fabric of Taxi by connecting residents to its 28-acre mixed-use community. Known for its business incubation with 150 creative companies like DoorDash, Burton and the Nature Conservancy on the campus, hundreds of residents, hotel-style amenities including two culinary concepts, Comal Heritage Food Incubator and Lost City, community gardens, three dog parks, bike storage, fitness center, pool, Early Childhood Education, and even a hair salon.AboutRiNo: A former warehouse district, this gritty artist enclave is now a playground for Denver’s twenty-and thirty-somethings. RiNo Art District has become the heart of Denver’s thriving art and entertainment scene with galleries, concert venues, specialty retailofferings, renowned restaurants.
