FROM OFFICE TO SERVICES, FOR A COLLECTIVE COMMITMENT

The Domitia project aims to offer service spaces within a workspace. Located in Vendargues, near the access to the motorway, it is part of an office and business area. So it was necessary, beyond the real need for offices, to be able to offer a set that went beyond this functionality alone. A restaurant located on the ground floor benefits from an outdoor space, appreciable in the Mediterranean region and an indoor room with a total of a hundred seats. It is also associated with an ecological and bilingual crèche, which can accommodate around ten children with a protected outdoor area. The architectural approach is based on a singular and rectilinear volumetry. A mineral and light volume on the floors overlooks a base marked by an organic matrix. Thus a simplicity of the built body, comes to accompany vegetated outdoor spaces.
