The presence of a green area densely occupied by trees, adjacent to the southern edge of the plot, motivated the design. The architecture is shaped, therefore, from an intrinsic relationship with the place since, by integrating itself to the remodeled topography of the terrain, it turns itself frankly to the pre-existing nature. The meaning of the project is not limited to its internal logic. It goes beyond this, it is outside, in the place that results from the relationship between architecture and nature.

The occupation of the plot was aimed at creating a certain relationship between the building and the green spaces as fundamental premise, favored by solar orientation. The implantation used the existing topography, configured from an earthwork that defined two predominating levels: one lower, which extends itself linearly along the north edge of the plot; and one higher, forming a plateau in continuity with the green area.

We placed the ground level of the building in the lowest level, reshaping once more the topography of the plot to create connections with the green area and to facilitate the circulation of vehicles and pedestrians, which will take place on the level of the street. The upper floor stands 1.8 meters above the highest level and its occupation revolves to a central space which, on its turn, opens to the sky and to the treetops.
