Austin-based software company, LogicMonitor wanted to enhance and create a sense of connectedness between their people and the office as they moved to two floors in the very sought after 98 San Jac.. To accomplish this, PDR was invited to help them remodel and rebrand their space—highlighting the expansive river views and supporting their dynamic workforce. 

Now occupying the 12th and 13th floors, LogicMonitor’s office includes collaborative spaces with on-brand bold colors. The space speaks to an agile, collaborative, and modern workspace. LogicMonitor’s employees enjoy coming into the office, knowing they are in a space that supports productivity and creativity.

Challenges:
LogicMonitor needed a strategic partner to help them think about the multiple phases of the project. For the first 6-months they shared the space with another tenant which required initial multi-tenant security measures. Once the other tenant moved out the had to redo that area and change their security needs. There also were some acoustical challenges. With such an expansive space, we had to make sure the acoustic system could support the daily noise levels.

We are expecting them to a significant redo in 2023 that will reflect their new Hybrid Work model.
