Due to its reduced area, this project´s focus was prioritizing a functional layout and joining different functions, in only two program boxes.
In green, there are the kitchen, laundry, and pantry. In natural wood, there are the office, closet, and bath.
The rest of the space is empty. Bedroom, living room and dining room are all in a single space that features hybrid, easily moveable pieces of furniture.
As a result, the apartment can be quickly adapted according to different needs
