Thanks to its exceptional location, the project takes as basis the intrinsic values of our territory where “it feels good to live”, where you can enjoy the quality of an environment at human scale opening on a spacious park where climatic conditions allow living outdoors.
To do so, we focus on architecture features as a vector for a quality of life. The building is developed in a compact way that offers outdoor expansion welcoming spacious terraces. They stretch like shooting lines to the landscape. Then are joined together vertically to filter light, create privacy, while offering vantage environmental frameworks. This is an environmental skin combining thermal properties to architectural qualities by a set of light and shadow formed by a vibrating matter.
