An impersonal garden city, neither views nor singular references, surrounded by too closed neighbors… This uncomfortable environment allows the building to be placed accurately in the plot as a big compact volume taking up a two-level strip all along the terrain length. A ground plan strip rounds parallel to the house colonizing the garden.
The outer dense piece appearance hides 2 big hollows inside: a courtyard and a double high spacing, both with the same proportion. There two parts are the project identity and articulate the levels in amount to leave us pass the house through.
