The building is a mix of offices ,residential and commercial spaces The main facade has a back lit glass. and ventilated ceramic envelop. The boxes houses the hidden ptac-units and works as brise soleil. the french type balcony with sliding glass doors help the natural ventilation. Passive solar systems have been incorporated into the architectural design of the building.
