Built on a small, narrow lot in Venice Beach, Kim Gordon designed the home to capture light and sea breezes while maintaining total privacy. Using her signature steel-framed glass doors and walls, Kim created an indoor-outdoor sanctuary in the center of a bustling section of the beach city.
Creating a sense of total privacy with effortless indoor/outdoor flow within the constraints of a narrow Venice Beach lot.
Custom steel-framed glass walls and doors strategically positioned to maintain privacy while inviting in as much light as possible. Limestone floors inside and out to encourage as much outdoor living as possible, while stacked stone elements create a different visual language from typical beach home design.
