We were tasked with creating an apartment that is aesthetically minimal in its material palette and millwork detailing, but stills feel warm and lived in. The design focuses on establishing a timeless serene environment away from the bustle of city life for the client, with the extensive “rounded corner” considered in the design process. Creating this aesthetic was crucial to limit the number of materials and therefore distraction from clashing elements.
