A series of extensions and alterations to expand an existing primary school in Twickenham, West London, from 2FE to 3FE. The largest element of the works takes the form of a simple continuous series of brick gables, referencing the proportion of the existing buildings but simplifying the elevation to provide an elegant response.

The proximity to the Heathrow flight path with noise exceeding 65db has meant the introduction of mechanical ventilation with heat recovery powered by air source heat pumps, which can be run in reverse cycle during the summer months to provide and exceed BB101 provision with zero hours above 28 degrees.
