SMALL - STUDIO
A small studio perfect for a private home office or a relaxing space in the garden.
SMALL SAUNA
The small sauna features an upper and lower bench, which can accomodate 2 people lying down, or seat 3-4 comfortably. Perfect for a private sauna in the garden.
MEDIUM STUDIO
The medium studio is perfect for a private home office, secluded creative space, or tranquil garden room. Equally, it is generous enough to be used as a yoga studio or workout space, offering generous light and connection to the outside.
MEDIUM SLEEP
Efficiently designed to meet the all the needs of a sleep cabin without compromising on luxury. Suitable for use as an additional dwelling or holiday let.
MEDIUM SAUNA The medium sauna has an upper and lower bench, which can comfortably accommodate 4-6 people. Featuring a enclosed changing area, the medium sauna is suitable for families and also hospitality retreats.
LARGE STUDIO
Offering generous internal space with large windows and natural light, the large studio is perfect to function as an office, creative space, garden room, or gym.
LARGE SLEEP
A self-contained cabin with everything required for modern living, the large sleep cabin can be used as an additional dwelling or for hospitality.

Every Niwa cabin is engineered for quick and simple assembly by a small team, making it possible to establish your cabin within days of delivery.
