A minimalistic style is presented for the apartments. Natural fiber materials appear more often, this time with touches of vivid colors either on the floor, walls and decor. Fewer materials but not less elegant compose a very bright and harmonic space, with concrete and ceramic tiles popping up.

For the bedrooms zone it is proposed the use of natural materials for a calm and relaxing atmosphere, using natural wallpapers with colors that refer to the maritime landscape and joinery in natural darker wood. For the bathrooms, light color finishes gain a contrast with colourful tiles.In Some typologies receive a much cleaner and brighter color palette with touches of sea-side and natural elements, where fabrics and weaved carpets bring nature to the inside.

The design is to be comfortable and bright to engage gatherings. The ambience is sophisticated and relaxing. Elegant furniture  creates a variety of seating arrangements.
