This expansion has been designed to be totally independent from the company's main building, thus is tied to it with a tunnel and will have it's own sustainable energy source thanks to the solar panel roof. In addition, it will have a private winter garden in face of the loft. By concept the architecture is almost totally white, apart for the pavement, built in varnished concrete plates. All the furniture is designed specifically for this space. The big working table is unique as it can be projected towards the exterior, becoming a dinner table, or a private work meeting place. Outside, the winter garden is characterized by decking floor and bamboo plantation.
