The owners were tired of the existing decor and the high scale and proportions of the existing house that were not functional for them. They wanted a fresh look with lots of colors.
The couple contacted Tancred Vilucchi, founder of Maison Vilucchi, right after an important water leak from a broken pipe that flooded the house two months before the pandemic. Vilucchi had to start the project immediately, without any time for preparation. He acted quickly, bringing fresh and new creative ideas, and being flexible and on site everyday.
Luxurious types of wood, natural stone, bronze, brass, refined leather, silk and cashmere are among the exquisite materials that Vilucchi sourced from Europe and all over the world to achieve the perfect level of harmony and visual cohesiveness. The design team collaborated with artisans who share the same passion for creating extraordinary atmosphere.
