Apartment made for two women: mother and daughter. The client loves to travel, get to know new cultures and is a yoga teacher. Besides, she is very fond of photography.

The concept that guided the project were ethnic references, mainly in Japanese. With a contemporary style, the apartment has several memories of the residents.

When passing through the entrance door, we have a small Hall and the wall that borders the kitchen.

The first room, in a rectangular shape, it integrates the dining table and the living room with sofa and TV. Passing by TV we have the triple sliding door that gives access to the balcony.

The kitchen has no door. There is a slatted and hollow screen that acts as a spatial partition.

In the hallway, a very interesting wooden lining job was done, with the set of doors that solved the bathroom, bedroom, closet and master suite. One of the key solution points of the project.

The balcony was closed with the standard glass system of the condominium and it is open for ventilation during the day.

The choice of coverings follows the concept of the project.

Black is a color that the client likes a lot, so the architect made a bossa so it would not get heavy. This color was prioritized in the kitchen and on the living room sofa.

The light wood was a choice based on the references from Japanese design, which abuses this tone.

The joinery panel in the social area is slatted and divided into two colors: light wood and blue.

This color combination took away the monotony, lengthened the ceiling height of the room and created an incredible texture.
