On the lively stretch of Gurgaon’s M.G. Road, one corner of Mega City Mall, otherwise modest in its outward appearance, stands transformed by the elegance of Pall Mall’s signature hue—a rich, refined teal blue that drapes the walls like a regal cloak. Pall Mall— the very name calls to mind London’s historic street known for its gentlemen’s clubs and high-class boutiques. Here in Gurgaon, it beckons the gentleman who seek an experience beyond mere retail, inviting him into a space where the art of fine clothing is celebrated with quiet opulence and profound beauty.

With a design led by Sync Design Studio, the store combines elements of Pall Mall’s timeless sophistication with the aesthetic finesse sought by today’s Indian gentleman. Clients are welcomed into an environment that exudes the charm of an English gentleman’s club, blending the old-world elegance of London’s Pall Mall with the essence of bespoke Indian style. Spread across two floors, it offers a curated selection of international fabrics and master tailoring services, while the upper level unveils an exquisite collection of Indian ethnic wear, perfect for weddings and festive celebrations.
The entrance, crowned with a grand chandelier that casts a warm, amber glow, is but a prelude to the carefully curated interior that lies ahead. Beneath one’s feet, a dark wood herringbone floor stretches out like the polished hallways of an ancestral manor, each grain and groove a silent testament to the rich heritage Pall Mall aspires to embody. High above, the ceiling, adorned with wooden frames, holds the air of a room where decisions of consequence are made, as if the very atmosphere demands respect and reverence.

Throughout the ground floor, rows of Western suits and fine fabrics are housed within vintage wooden louvre cabinets, evoking the charm of old-world craftsmanship. Neoclassical tables with smooth stone tops stand proudly, paired with curved rattan chairs that soften the formality with a touch of organic grace. The winding granite-clad staircase, with glass railings gleaming under the chandelier’s light, invites patrons to the upper floor, where a thoughtfully curated selection of Indian attire awaits—each piece an homage to tradition and celebration.
The space feels endless, a clever illusion created by faux windows and mirror panels that multiply the room’s dimensions. Mirrors are everywhere—lining walls, adorning the ceiling, and gleaming behind wardrobes—each one amplifying the store’s grandeur. Soft, ambient light reflects off these surfaces, casting a gentle glow that highlights each garment, bringing out the rich textures and fabrics with a reverent touch.

Every detail in Pall Mall speaks of quiet, unhurried luxury. Golden metal poles rise like slender sentries, supporting racks of garments with an air of noble dignity. Fluted glass panels separate sections with textured translucency, adding a hint of mystery, as if each corner holds secrets waiting to be discovered. The golden clasps securing the glass railings are more than functional; they are finely crafted details, while the racks, suspended delicately from the poles, appear to float, adding an element of lightness and grace.
In the lounge, cane-woven chairs and classical tables offer patrons a place to linger, to consider their selections. Above, woven cane ceiling panels complement the room, grounding the luxurious materials with an earthy warmth that nods to heritage and craft.

Overseeing this sanctuary of elegance, the icon of Pall Mall—a fierce, groomed lionhead in golden metal—adorns the wall. Regal and composed, it symbolizes strength and sophistication, reminding patrons of the power in attention to detail, and the confidence in carefully chosen refinement.
