Expressing Company Culture Through Workplace Design Porter Novelli is a vibrant public relations firm comprised of energetic employees who are passionate about their work. Their previous space struggled to convey the fun and dynamic work environment the company exhibits. As a design concept, tvsdesign strategically integrated Porter Novelli’s branding and culture into the design of their workplace. The idea was to draw upon the collaborative and creative nature of the company and provide them with a space reflective of their culture.

To achieve this goal, it was critical for the first impression of the space to make a bold statement. The reception area welcomes workers and clients with a unique geometric design move that cannot be overlooked. Minimalistic yet sleek design elements are accentuated with pops of color that mimic the Porter Novelli branding, giving the space a recognizable identity. Creative furniture solutions provided a maximized utilization of space and enhancement of their previous work environment. It was a top priority to provide the client with inviting spaces that served as incubators for collaboration, brainstorming sessions and creativity. The design team created flexible and dynamic spaces to accommodate a variety of needs. The final design composition supported a hybrid environment of workplace tools and technology with peer interaction, communication and collaboration.
