Leading names in the Automotive Insurance Industry, Groupe PSA wanted to drive a cultural shift in the previously detached workforce which was split over two levels of this office space.
Serving as the Architects, Designers and Project managers, MODEL collaborated with Studio Moda to deliver a design + build solution for the client.
Shifting the environment from a disconnected workforce with all desks being scattered over two levels, MODEL proposed to unite the workforce on one level whilst retaining the other level for client or in-house meetings and training. It was important for MODEL’s design team to create a clean, contemporary space whilst keeping it elegant and flexible for future growth and movement within the company.
The overall theme of the office focuses on collaboration, openness and transparency however giving all users multiple options to find their own space to work away from their desk if this is what is needed in the moment. The interior design has hints reminiscent of the French origins of the company and the brands it represents namely, Peugeot, Citroen, DS, Opel and Vauxhall.
The mix of natural and artificial light, material and colour palettes and the use of plants and greenery all seamlessly blend with each other to bring warmth and life to the space.
