Reef Loft Bodrum

Reef Loft, which has been realized by Denpa Yapı in central Bodrum is a quite striking project with its central location and panoramic, spectacular views in Kumbahçe District. Reef Loft is right on the street of Zeki Müren’s home, a Turkish celebrity who is identified with Bodrum.

The architectural project of Reef Loft Bodrum belongs to Boran Ekinci Architects. Architect Bora Ekinci maintains that the most determinative feature of the project is ‘the fact that it has a lean form paralleling the coastline’. This advantage has been a significant factor in designing the project. It was possible to situate all the houses overlooking panoramic views of Bodrum without blocking each others’ views.

All blocks situated side by side in Reef Loft lead to garden – court areas by their side. The other side is disconnected to another house. Therefore, the open space between the houses is not an area to be shared by two homes. These spacious open areas enrich the quality of life extensively. Also the fact that the backside of these areas is open space enables draught, which is an important factor in Bodrum.

Reef Loft, situated on 2487 m2 land has 3800 m2 indoors area. In the project there are 12 3+1 units and 2+1 units as well as 16 houses designed as 1+1 units. The total number of ‘houses’ is 28. 1+1 types are 65 m2, 2+1 and 3+1 types are 130 m2. Estate prices in Reef Loft start at 260 000 dollars and can be handed over instantly.
