Our team from Dimiourgiki concentrated on designing the new addition to the existing complex - featuring 17 new rooms - and the design of the outdoor space with the new swimming pool.
The architectural study focused on creating a tranquil atmosphere that perfectly aligns with modern hospitality trends.
Nestled on the ground level and offering direct street access, the reception area harmoniously intersects with the breakfast buffet. The latter ingeniously reinforces the path that leads to the exterior expanse, giving thus rise to a charming open-air dining setting. On the same floor, five double rooms stand ready for guests, while a level below presents a versatile multipurpose space, a tranquil spa retreat, and a wonderful fitness center.
The second level houses an array of seven double rooms, including a pair of luxurious suites boasting private jacuzzis. Ascending to the third floor reveals the remaining five rooms, three of which are enhanced by loft spaces accessed through internal staircases. Each of these accommodations guarantees either a captivating view of the ocean or a delightful poolside vista. Lastly, a rooftop garden has been artfully designed atop the western structure, offering an unparalleled panoramic sea vista for all to savor.
Additionally, our new design features an earthy color palette, strategically employed to complement functions within the space and elevate its brightness.
With utmost care, we meticulously attended to every detail in the design's plan, showcasing our precision and artistry in selecting materials. This involved the integration of exquisite handmade wooden furniture adorned with elegant marble accents, along with the incorporation of a distinct matte element. The result is a harmonious ambiance that epitomizes the essence of contemporary hospitality.
