Lighthouse Residence is an elite residential complex. Located in the Nardaran region on the banks of the Caspian Sea, in one of the most beautiful resorts in Azerbaijan, Sea Breeze Resort, where the annual international music festival "Heat" takes place.

Our team completed all stages of design, the design project of the main lobby, the design project of typical apartments, developed a landscape design project and the concept of a beach club in the residential complex.

The general plan of the complex provides everything for a harmonious rest: a landscaped walking area with a mini-park, playgrounds, its own outdoor pool with a bar. The emphasis of the complex infrastructure is on active recreation. It has a sports complex, playgrounds, a spa center, a sea beach in 3 minutes of walking distance. Both street parking and underground parking are provided.

The exterior style is based on modern trends, combines functionality, aesthetics and technicality.

The facades of the Lighthouse apartment complex are 80% composed of unique glass, which creates a mirror effect. Thanks to panoramic glazing, the building at different times of the day takes on various shades and gives the exterior a unique and impressive look.

The design of the interior of public areas harmoniously combined the modern style with elements of art deco. Elements with brass, black glass and marble stand out against the background of calm and cozy beige-gray tones of textiles and finishing materials.
