A small commercial fund located within the first city walls of Florence, once used for the resale of salts and tobaccos, is revitalized and adapted to the new commercial activity dedicated to food and wine.By compressing the space in the centre of the room, service spaces are introduced and the areas intended for administration and consumption are hierarchical.


The counter, with a double soul, allows simultaneous service both inside and outside the bar, thanks to the three views over the smallest block of the historic city centre.


Impruneta terracotta, calamine iron and continuous surfaces in earth brown micro-cement describe a color palette that refers to the Tuscan territory in a harmonious way and in balance with the food and wine products on offer.
