A sprawling lakeside residence in Guayaquil, Ecuador. This was the second project developed for this client, so we were given carte blanche in terms of aesthetics. She is a fan of vibrant colors and Vladimir Kagan so several pieces were included. The open living rooms were thought out for guests to flow and move freely from one to the next. The double cieling height in this area serves as the perfect backdrop to display the client's art. Overall the spaces were kept clean and contemporary with just enough pops of happy, optimistic colors.
