The new construction takes the form of a building with extremely high energy performance, with a vertical concrete structure and slabs in brick and predalles (roofs covering the basement).

The structure of the building roof is made of laminated wood with a zinc-titanium sheet roofing. The external infill panels will have an internal part in pore brick of approximately 20 cm, an external coat of approximately 24 cm in EPS or high density rock wool, and inside there will be a plasterboard wall for the passage of the systems. All internal partitions will be in insulated plasterboard. The intent of these choices is to have a property with very high thermal and acoustic insulation performance for maximum living comfort.

The facades are mainly finished with siloxane plaster finish and, some parts of the same facades, will be covered with Trespa type material. The gutters, downspouts, flashings and roofing of the dormers (lift overrun) are made of zinc-titanium sheet metal.

The parapets of the terraces will have a base of about 50 cm in metallic material and a top in glass to reconcile both adequate privacy, but also adequate irradiation of the windows in the winter period to optimize the solar contribution in the colder seasons. Conversely, this solar contribution will be denied in the hottest periods by the important overhangs of the terraces and the veils protecting the windows.
