A young, cool and fun couple, without children at the time, came to us with an apartment that was still on the ground fl oor to fulfi ll all their wishes, as they had never had the experience of hiring a company to start and fi nish a project. They asked us to integrate the spaces, to bring color and, above all, to make it comfortable.
Located in Santo André/SP, this 120m² apartment refl ects the vibrant and relaxed personality of a young couple embarking on their fi rst experience with a complete interior design project. Led by RMV Interiores, the challenge began with a property still in its raw state, requiring the transformation of ideas and desires into an integrated, colorful, and functional space, balancing comfort and modernity.
From the outside, total space integration guided the project. The removal of walls resulted in a large open rectangle connecting the dining room, living room, kitchen, laundry, pantry, balcony, and gourmet area with a barbecue. The color palette blends neutral tones of gray, wood, and black, contrasted with vibrant accents such as the blue sideboard in the living room and the yellow bench on the balcony.
In the living room, lacquered panels and an imposing Preto São Gabriel granite portal with an ecological fi replace add sophistication and comfort. The dining room stands out with 3D panels that create elegant textures, harmonizing with the black table and beige chairs for a light and laid-back style. Metalwork elements and pendant lights reinforce the combination of functionality and sophistication.
The balcony was transformed into a green retreat, featuring a vertical garden that brings life to the space. The visual integration with the barbecue area is reinforced by a decorative black and white fi sh-scale strip, combined with a reclaimed wood table and a vinyl ceiling, creating continuity and texture throughout the space.
The kitchen follows the same aesthetic, with a gourmet island that facilitates circulation. The vinyl-covered ceiling and fi sh-scale fi nishes maintain visual coherence with the other spaces. The powder room, in turn, opts for dark tones combined with wood, creating a striking and sophisticated contrast, with a sink sculpted in Gray Quartz.
In the suite bathrooms, personalization stands out through unique fi nish choices. Each space explores a distinct palette: refreshing aqua green tones in one, the warm and cozy texture of Hanover oak in another, and the boldness of black dominating the details of the Master Bathroom. Large mirrors enhance the sense of space and reinforce the modern identity of the project.
The master suite combines black, gold, and wood for a sophisticated look. The wallpaper with gold details adds a touch of glamour, while a decorative pendant complements the decor. The closet, with refl ective bronze glass doors, seamlessly integrates functionality and style.
Lighting products by Embralumi/Ilumine Light and the expertise of the Kontemple team ensured impeccable fi nishes. With RMV Interiores' signature, every detail was designed to express the couple's identity, resulting in a welcoming, integrated, and personality-fi lled home.
