KuóStudio is an interior design company. We create places to be, spaces which invites you to come and stay. In all our designs the vitality and wellbeing (of people) plays a central role.
Shypple is a tech start-up (Digital Freight Forwarder) based in Rotterdam. They really challenged us to put 'vitality by design' in a striking interior.
The interior design of Shypple is designed based on our concept 'The Vital Office'. This means we optimised the conditions to improve the employees vitality. Think of elements such as lighting, acoustics, plants, activation, nudging and air quality.
The eye-catcher of the design is the acoustic element around the core of the building. It gives Shypple a distinctive and futuristic look and feel. With this element we optimize the acoustics in the open office and create room for short meetings. The acoustic element is completely made of recycled PET material.
Around the core element is a pancour of monkey bars and gymnastic rings to physically challenge the employees. The lighting design underlines the futuristic design and creates different settings and atmospheres.
