Roca has created beautiful bathroom spaces for a number of Signature properties including the new Signature Senior Living Care Homes in Reigate and Bushey.

Roca has been collaborating with designers Leisure Concepts for over 10 years and is working on over seven Signature Care Homes developments.

The reason they selected Roca for these projects is because Roca did not just offer the industry standard and the products did not feel institutional. The solutions they specified were mainstream and could be found in a boutique hotel not a hospital.

Leisure Concepts has installed a range of Roca bathroom solutions in over 100 apartments per site, the public toilets as well as the spa rooms.

The products that stand out within the developments include the Laura wall hung WC with soft close seat. Roca has specially designed a charcoal contrasting seat cover for the WCs so they can be easily seen by residents. The Nexo asymmetrical basin with integral shelf left or right handed has also been installed in a variety of locations. Although Nexo is not a dedicated care product, it answers all the needs that Signature Care Homes has; it is extremely hygienic, very stylish and has a large space for accessories. Importantly, you can easily get a wheelchair underneath it. The Meridian compact wash basin and Senso semi recessed basins also feature within the developments and in the hair salons and treatments rooms, Foro in-countertop basins and Thesis mixer taps have been installed.
