Concept design of the office building with lettable area over 4000sqm. The investor's goal was to obtain as efficient building as possible while maintaining all the constraints arising planning regulations. The building was designed in a way that retains a non-invasive and friendly character of the adjacent residential development and an active and representative character of the front corner adjacent to the Rzymowskiego and Modzelewskiego Street.
