When designing the new headquarters for Slevomat, we were inspired by their own way of working - controlled punk. The work in Slevomat does not correspond with office work in the classical form as we know it. The employees often meet together as a team and discuss their achievements and upcoming goals. There is a large entrance area with a stage and a reception for this purpose. It is the focal point of the entire space plan as well as the companys social life. The podium and the wooden object above represent a journey of experiences. Which is the main motto of the company. The office space itself is very airy, minimal fixed space divisions.

The variable furniture for the central space was designed with the emphasis on flexibility. The set can be organizedas anauditorium , individual tables with benches or used for standing work. The wooden stage  and the concrete ceiling with revealed installations stand out thanks to the neutral black color of the furniture. The corrugated metal sheet surrounding  the elliptical concrete core of  the building brings smaller scale to the open space and softens the roughness of the building structure. The green partitons and thewhite boards contribute to the feeling of privacy in the space. . The dividers are easy to move  and therefore support the dynamics and movement within the company.
