Ground Floor Renovation and Addition to make better use of space and improve flow. Everything in the house was dated and poorly utilized. The owners needed a refresh, and they wanted to love the space they lived in.
The mechanical system had been layered upon without much thought, the floors had the same problem. The kitchen, once the central passageway from space to space, was also the scene of daily activity for this young power couple. The kitchen in this house is truly the heart of the home. All interior and exterior finishes were cheaply considered and not pleasurable to experience. It was time for a thoughtful upgrade, and as soon as we walked into this house, we could envision exactly what that looked like.
