This cozy individual loft offers everything you need in your everyday life. It's casual and creative (like Berlin-Neukölln) on the one hand and luxurious and unique on the other. We made it with great attention to detail and it comes fully furnished.

Fully eqipped by Gantlights

The interior design was implemented with attention to detail by the architectural firm Linaan under the direction of Pia Malina Kettler and Stefan Gant. 

The old whitewashed brickwork emphasizes the charm of this old building.
The bathroom floor is made of 100 years old beautiful cement tiles. We designed and made the copper faucet and copper shower ourselves. In the kitchen, dining and living area we used a durable oak floor.
The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven and dishwasher. A washing machine can be found in the basement.

All light fixtures are high quality design lights from Gantlights made of concrete with gold-coated insight, which gives a pleasant and warm light.

A huge closet and bookshelf provides plenty of storage space and also acts as a staircase to the sleeping level.

The old and stylish apartment building meets the stylish and comfortable interior.
We thoughtfully used sustainable materials and reused antique building elements.
