Sunrise City

Sunrise City

ONG&ONG as Architects

Sunrise City is a proposed mixed-use development in the heart of a future hub in Vietnam's Ho Chi Minh City. With a total site are of 130,000 square metres, approximately 28,000 square metres goes to retail space housed in a futuristic-looking glass podium, while the remaining area is distributed across four residential towers of high-end two and three-bedroom apartments. A lush garden situated above the retail podium provides a green lung in the midst of the densely-populated city.

This development is an informed response to a burgeoning Vietnamese market which is discerning of good design that can be equally respectful to mother nature. Sleek in both form and function, it stands out amongst its neighbours and heralds the arrival of sophisticated architecture in Vietnam.

Combining our expertise in architecture, landscape design, interior design and branding, Sunrise City is a prime example of ONG&ONG's 360º Design Solution. Collectively, these various disciplines are harmoniously and holistically integrated, resulting in a product that gives multiple levels of experience.
