The client required the conversion of a 120 square meter commercial space located in the centre of Bern into a modern doctor’s surgery. New facilities include a reception area and back office, two rooms for patients, a kitchenette and X-Ray room. A time frame of one month was allowed for complete documentation and construction was compressed in only two-months with stringent coordination of site works from demolition, to delivery of soft furnishing all within a tight budget.
