TAF is TheVelopers’ first experience center in Costa del Este: less a park than a living urban platform where community, culture, and everyday life meet. Conceived as a place to explore new ways of inhabiting the city, it turns “going out” into a curated sequence of spaces: open, breathable, and designed for return.

Imagined as a “plaza of the future,” its sequence is immersive by design: saturated color and lush vegetation shape a route where visitors can slow down, reset, and access sensations beyond the everyday. The language is bold by choice, yet always anchored in well-being, inviting each person to occupy the space on their own terms, alone or as a family, letting coexistence feel effortless.

The project places the user at the center. Protective canopies create comfort and safety, sheltering from sun and rain, so the experience remains open and effortless throughout the day. A spacious children’s playground anchors the family dimension, while an open-air bar adds a relaxed, tropical counterpoint to the broader plaza atmosphere.

Food is part of the urban script. The gastronomic layer adds tempo and contrast, day-to-night, quick pause to long stay, reinforcing TAF’s ambition: a place where experience feels intentional, and community happens without being forced.
