The Retreat Casuarina Beach

Ray Real Estate as Real Estate Agents

The Retreat is one of Australia's most exclusive private coastal estates - boasting 75 metres of absolute beach frontage and 8,000sqm of land t on the Tweed Coast in Northern New South Wales.

The architect designed resort -style home at the heart of the state is a bespoke building which affords panoramic views from a rooftop terrace of the ocean, Norries Point, Mount Warning and the 72 hectares of reserve which sits between the estate and Cabarita Village.

The home also features an open plan ground floor entertaining area featuring a commercial kitchen and floor to ceiling windows which can be completely retracted to take in sea breezes and views of a private brook, waterfall and other water features.

The upper levels include a fully equipped gymnasium, eight individually styled master bedrooms, each with an oversized ensuite and a penthouse suite which spans a full floor and includes a private kitchen, bathroom and living areas.

Professional landscapers designed The Retreat's private gardens to include lush sub-tropical plantings and a lake that abuts the building with a small bridge that leads to the surf, which can be heard from the home.

The home is for sale, with offers over $6.5 million considered.
