THE think home ethnikis a lifestyle and interior accessory brand which deals with products that are Locally handcrafted. The clients wanted us to design and develop a space which would be ideal for showcasing handcrafted products and would also echo of the naturalness and earthiness that goes into the products. The brief was manifested by developing a material and colour pallet which was derived from earthy tones. However the key was to create a display which would not overshadow the products. Thus we resorted to tones of whites and greys for the space. The display units were themselves designed to evoke a sense of they themselves being a product. The displays were placed along the walls wherever possible and were placed as islands which doubled as space separators.
