Lead8 has delivered the interior design, retail planning and signage design for the recently completed UniPark in Jinan, China.

Located in the heart of the city and surrounded by a residential area, this retail development has been designed for the families and younger generation residing in the district. 

The concept has been inspired by the notion of ‘Dreamscape’ – bringing imagination and endless possibilities to the forefront. The design seeks to deliver an ever-changing experience to capture the attention of a new generation of shoppers.

Experiential spaces have been designed throughout the visitor journey. The main events atrium has taken from the form a dandelion flower, informing the design of the feature balconies and large-scale skylight that overlook the space. A hanging and adjustable LED screen has been installed to bring a kinetic element and provide a changing backdrop to a wide range of event types.

UniPark has introduced to the district a new offering and retail destination that brings cultural, lifestyle, experiential and entertainment opportunities, creating a place for family, youth and children.
