This new residential area is located on a privileged site, in the heart of a valley bordered by the Alzette river. In order to preserve this landscape and natural character, the modest size buildings are laid out freely, like pavilions in a large park. The buildings are mainly housing, but also a few shops, services and small office spaces.

As the area is pedestrianized, motorists are encouraged to park in the hillock along the railway, which also provides a natural protection against noise. A new central square becomes the neighborhood meeting place. 

The typology of small residences is favored to preserve the village spirit and the link with the landscape. Although the density is relatively high, the open spaces are preserved and numerous.
