・This project should be the symbol of the gate for Liangzhu Cultural District which is one of the important birth places of Chinese culture.

・The main building contains several uses as hotel、service apartment、office、and retails, featuring six stacked cubes with gaps that create “multi-layered public spaces” to offer a new work/life style.

・The plan shaped in the form of square ring is designed for unite room and office. The unique shape create an enclose yard with opening air and draw the public into the center.

・The spot light and Beam spot light create visionary night view by interacting with raining or clear weather.

・There is a small river along the site. Positively, in order to maximize the potential of the site, we propose several solutions such as purification of river water quality to improve the wild riverside into water promenade.

・The theater separated from main building is designed as multiple use.The east facade facing the river represents the strong simplicity of the ancient culture.

The other side facing Central Plaza has contrasting appearance.With the slide exterior walls, the piloti transforms into the integrated multi-use space along with the open theater.

・The lower volumes of main tower and the theater are composed with the same profile and material, to form the consecutive open space with the water front promenade.
