Located in the heart of Dorado Beach, this project reimagines an existing house that no longer responded to the needs of contemporary living. The intervention focuses on transforming a fragmented and underutilized layout into a fluid, bright and adaptable home that encourages everyday comfort and connection.

Spaces have been reorganized to improve circulation, maximize natural light and create a stronger relationship between the interior and the surrounding landscape.

New openings, carefully selected materials and a more coherent spatial sequence enhance the sense of openness while preserving the character of the original structure.

The result is a warm and functional residence designed to evolve with its inhabitants, where architecture, light and nature work together to create a relaxed and timeless living environment.
