CMA as Architects

The project realized in the Taunus basically consists of three stacked cuboids, which are embedded in the southern slope of the park-like estate. The staggering of the building overcomes the eleven-meter difference in height between the garden and the street.

The cubic structure at street level, which forms the entrance floor, rests on two cubes on the garden level. Introverted to the street and closed, the components open to the garden and give the view of the sprawling grounds free.
The garden level is vertically staggered in four zones.

All fixtures, vanities, cabinets, lift panels and library shelves are by cmdcyrusmoser design. They are specially designed for the location and individually implemented.

The finely tuned color and material concept originates from RUMI contemporary interior.
