An office building for the Water Authority of a small city in the center of Israel.
Adding an annex to an existing building, the architectural idea was to create a situation, where even when there is no apparent visual connection between the two wings (the old and the new), there is a visual harmony.
Abuilding in which,at first glance it will be difficult to guess whichis the old wing and which one is the new.
