The very first Spaces in Taiwan is located at one of the very few grade A buildings in the commercial area of Hsinchu THSR district. The newly constructed building is with abundant local amenities, including restaurants, retail shops, recreation facilities and a hotel. Our challenge is to offer an open, collaborative environment that enhances people's health, happiness and productivity. The open plan encourages collaboration among different areas. The atrium connects from 6th floor to 13th floor and the glass windows enclosed touchdown spaces maximize views and access to natural light. Located in the Diegem area close by the international airport of Brussels, the centre occupies 4 floors of an innovative building. The area is home to the headquarters of several prestigious organizations and many large corporates. D&P was requested to renovate the 4 floors of building to offers 2038 sqm of fully equipped private and shared workspaces as well as entertainment and relaxing areas. As a response, the design concept was the industrial style with all modern facilities. The team generated an original palette of harmonized colors including yellow, blue and grey. As the flagship location for China, WeWork Weihai Road resides in a historical building originally designed by British firm Spence Robinson & Partners in the 1930s. The designer took inspiration from "The Grand Budapest Hotel" and added pink, blue and green into the original structure, combining lively modern design into the historical architecture. Interior spaces are furnished with Scandinavian brands such as Muuto, Hay, Normann Copenhagen and Fritz Hansen. The historic building has now transformed into a modern workspace, attracting aspiring entrepreneurs, designers and emerging businesses large and small.  Mais

Go Work Thamrin 2.0 is an expansion of the increasingly public demand of coworking spaces. The area attracts a mix of geeks, designers, financials and entrepreneurs from all over the world. The place offers an inspirational synthesis of Asian design and art deco-style elements. Throughout the interior of the workplace, the design strongly reflects the company’s red and beige corporate colour scheme, which is carried through into the reception foyer, waiting area, open co-work space, meeting room, suite office,…For many Asian countries, red is the color of auspicious, happiness and passion. Located in the central part of Vietnam’s largest city, Deutsches Haus is Regus’s first project in HCMC which will come really off the ground to expand their market to the southern of Vietnam. The challenge is to create a Prime Grade A office, providing the best working environment for all staff members with design classics and elegant accents. FVA has designed the new offices of SPACES, located in Otemachi, Japan. The co-working space promotes harmony and balance by its blue pallates defining the space personalities. It is equipped with co-working space, event space, meeting rooms and a barista cafe. FVA architects designed a chic minimalist co-working space radiates a rustic-meets-industrial vibe.
