Sustainability Report

The project combines timber-frame (HSB) façade elements with prefabricated and in-situ concrete construction. The prefabricated concrete structure was optimised to reduce material use, including tapered balcony slabs that minimise their thickness and weight.

The design minimises operational energy demand through high-performance building fabric and efficient heating and cooling systems. The apartments have triple glazing and heat-recovery ventilation. Heating and cooling are provided by individual heat pumps connected to a collective WKO system, which uses the ground as a thermal source. The apartments are gas-free and achieve an A+++ energy label.
