"The intervention involved a 140 sqm apartment, not far from the historic center of Monza, with the original 70s/80s layout characterized by a full-height glass facade, common to the entire building. The strong fragmentation of the spaces with respect to the large area required an intervention aimed at radically rethinking the living area, made into an open space, through the creation of a large living room in direct communication with the dining and kitchen area. The challenge was to incorporate the exhaustive and diverse functional requirements with coherent aesthetic details. A house for young married couple located in tangerang, indonesia.with a land area of ​​120 sqm processed in such a way to accommodate client needs. Caption the concept is to use a double ceiling to maximize the integration of outdoor and indoor spaces. Thus the room feels more spacious because the outer and inner spaces are well integrated.   The choice of material in the interior space uses a lot of concrete and white to give a clean impression in the room, besides that it makes the room feel more spacious. Bangalore’s central areas are faced nowadays with fast and somewhat chaotic densification. While we believe that density can, and many times must be seen as a form of sustainability, we also admit that the relationship between habitation within an old urban fabric and the increase of its density is often a fragile one, as places might lose their character. Our project seeks an appropriate answer to this problem by mediating between different sizes and densities in a central neighbourhood of V.V Puram with small streets, long, narrow plots, and a puzzle of old and new buildings of all types and scales.
