The project emerges with its nature, landscape and flat land.  ECCE GROUP The land where the project is built also has an outdoor pool, winter garden, landscaping areas, outbuildings, mini animal shelter, botanical gardens, barbecue terrace, playground, parking lot and its own private garden.  ECCE GROUP In the exterior cladding, natural stone and wood are used to harmonize with the texture in the region. Since the project is located in the Black Sea region, tile roofing was made using a sloping roof. The old capital of Georgia, Kutaisi, is regarded as the nation’s patrimonial city. The historical city center unites dozens of influential pieces of architectural heritage. But during soviet times Kutaisi was transformed from ancient capital into an industrial soviet city. In the composition of the city skyline, alongside church domes, industrial chimneys are peaking. Soviet influence is present until now and it creates peculiar city characteristics. This multifunctional residential complex is designed considering above mentioned multidisciplinary profile of Kutaisi and the current city masterplan. T-Pop Boba Tea is a corner bubble tea shop placed in a mall in Istanbul, next to a mountain-themed amusement park. As a grab-and-go cafe, they serve their customers custom-made drinks to order. Given that space is tight and limited, the architects designed the lineer work area with maximum efficiency and practicality. Hacer Bozkurt The design approach was to maximize the visibility and attraction of the shop since it is in a remote corner of the mall. Colors, forms, and textures are inspired by the branding and the product itself "bubble tea" like rounded corners, the use of smooth and lumpy surfaces together, and round light fixtures. The project of the business centre, the reconstruction of Troitskaya Square, and the restyling of the facade of the Park-inn hotel is a complex solution. Our team has been working on it for over a year. AIMM AIMM We developed several design solutions for the architectural ensemble of the square. Resting place was completed in 2018. The architecture is a duel between two boxers, which takes place in the city of Borjomi. The hotel has 7 floors, on the ground floor of which there is a restaurant, and on the top floor there is a terrace with a pool. Capacity is designed for 80 vacationers. The building design has a large glass front, that blurs the lines between inside and out, and all academic and faculty facilities are planned around a central atrium.The primary staircase abuts the atrium space, and, apart from being a functional design, ends up being an all weather “social space”.The building is naturally ventilated, for keeping it cool during the warm season. However, the high performance glazing and UPVC fenestration system allows the building to be used in cold weather also, without being air-conditioned.Steel PEB is the primary structural framing, and deck slabs are provided for all floors.
