Resting place was completed in 2018. The architecture is a duel between two boxers, which takes place in the city of Borjomi. The hotel has 7 floors, on the ground floor of which there is a restaurant, and on the top floor there is a terrace with a pool. Capacity is designed for 80 vacationers.
